 + -1 moreMark recently rescued me in the evening when my thermostat died and I was concerned about pipes freezing overnight. He had to make a temporary fix. Then he did extensive research on line and spoke to two thermostat manufacturers to solve a problem relating to my weird old furnace wiring and identify the best unit to serve my needs. Finally, he returned the next day to install a great new thermostat, programed it, and made sure I could use its special features. This is not the first time he has come to bail me out in an emergency. He charged $100 for the entire repair. If he is not able to answer the phone when you call, Mark will be very reliable in following up your message.
Description of Work: Mark is the very best, a wonderful community resource. He is skillful and accommodating - a pleasure to do business with. He has done work on my old house for years. This has included about 10 years ago rewiring much of the house after a fire. putting in new basement lights, safety checking this three story house and installing a completely updated service panel. This took many days and his price was very reasonable, less by far than any other estimate I had. I don't remember exactly how much. He is willing to discuss various options to save money and to make things work well. I found his advice invaluable in restoring things after such a disaster.

 + 0 moreHe were very professional. When is he done with the job he cleans up after himself. The work that the performed was completed very promptly. I would tell a friend that he is very prompt, reliable, and cares about his customers and that he is very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: They repaired my out door lighting.

 + -1 moreWe have had him come out several times and he's never charged us what he should have. He takes the time to explain the situation and what's going on. He is very patient when it comes to troubleshooting.
Description of Work: Mark came out and diagnosed a problem that was not as serious as we thought so he did not charge us. He ended up just having to change a light bulb.
