Mark recently rescued me in the evening when my thermostat died and I was concerned about pipes freezing overnight.  He had to make a temporary fix.  Then he did extensive research on line and spoke to two thermostat manufacturers to solve a problem relating to my weird old furnace wiring and identify the best unit to serve my needs. Finally, he returned the next day to install a great new thermostat, programed it, and made sure I could use its special features. This is not the first time he has come to bail me out in an emergency. He charged $100 for the entire repair.
If he is not able to answer the phone when you call, Mark will be very reliable in following up your message.

He were very professional. When is he done with the job he cleans up after himself. The work that the performed was completed very promptly. I would tell a friend that he is very prompt, reliable, and cares about his customers and that he is very reasonably priced.

We have had him come out several times and he's never charged us what he should have. He takes the time to explain the situation and what's going on. He is very patient when it comes to troubleshooting.
