I asked them to put the pipe in the valley on the side of my house. But they installed it against the wall of the house and water started coming back into my house. They put an extra piece of pipe on, that extended out to my backyard. But I wanted it to extend out to my ditch, but that hasn t happened. They plumber they sent was argumentative. They haven t satisfactorily settled it with me yet.
Description of Work: They installed a water pump in my basement.
