The window washers were great. Customer service was horrible. Returned my screens poorly repaired. I called and got no return call. It cost me $50 more to hire someone else to fix the screen doors. Go elsewhere for your window and screen needs.

Maddy & Angel showed up today, explained what they would be doing in what order. Maddy cleaned the center hall chandelier & the palladium second story window while Angel set up outside to start power washing the house. By the time they were finished, our house looked brand new! The were efficient, courteous, accommodating and extremely professional including explaining the seal to the palladium is broken and we will need to replace that huge window! We will use them again, I highly recommend using their services! We couldnâ t be happier!

Exterior power wash was huge disappointment. Screen door and 8 window screens were torn. Owner repaired screens to best of ability but repair would rate 2/10. Will be taking screens to professional for proper replacement. Plantings against the house were severely damaged due to not being covered. Owner's response was pick a few leaves and give them some water. Unacceptable. Crew returned for power wash touch ups.

The chemicals they used did get rid of the mildew but they should have rinsed the house and decks with plain water afterward because there was a film left behind and it smelled like bleach and now we have to paint our front door because of streaks left behind. Maybe better communication is needed but we are satisfied with the final results.

Excellent service! Requested estimates on a Friday to have my windows (inside and out) cleaned, including the sills and to have the entire house power washed. The guys showed up when they said they would and were absolute pleasure to work with. My windows have never been cleaner. The house looks like new. You won’t go wrong if you hire!
