Needless to say, we will going back to see Dr. Richter at NECC as each annual exam date rolls aroung for our other cats and for any of out veterinarian needs.
Through my tears, I asked the questions I needed to ask. He didn't rush us. He let us take our time. As much as we needed.
Such a combination of professionalism and humanity is becoming increasingly rare. I would, without any reservation at all, recommend these fine people.
