Built a 1000+ square foot 2 level custom deck with an attached 14 foot gazebo (a third level) on challenging terrain (sloping land, high of the ground at the outer edges). Outstanding framing plus finish using all Azek finish products.
Also, replaced two 6 foot sliders with 1 new Anderson french door and 1 new Anderson slider and installed and additional 12 foot and 8 foot Anderson slider to replace windows of those dimensions - all opening to the different levels of the deck - trimmed all in Azek and replaced siding on that level of the house.
Built a 8x14 foot dry storage shed under a portion of the deck. It was so nice the we thought for a while of using it for an office.
Mike provided great ideas and advise on design and structure. He is one of the most trustworthy people that we have met and the members of his crew are above reproach. He and his crew have been in and out of our house for over a year as we expanded the project. I have some additional projects for him that I will pursue in the new year. I feel fortunate that we settled on MPB. There was one lower bid but there was something about Mike that we liked and felt good about when we first met him.
