We hired a construction company out of Guilford, CT to remove soil from one area and build up another so that we can install a swimming pool. The original company was not the cheapest bid, but we thought that because they promised to get the job done properly, with permits, safely, and that it would pass a building inspectors inspection, we would go with them. Not only did we have to chase the original company we found out that they did not obtain building permits.

We hired Elm City to do the job over once we found that it did not pass the building inspector inspection and that the original company refused to fix what needed to get fixed. Our attorney is handling the original company.

Elm City saved the day. They were great! I would recommend them to EVERYONE!
