They didn't finish the job and they are blowing me off. I had a radon mitigation system installed in the only spot CT Basement told me I could put it. My well company then told me it could have gone in a more ideal location. I then paid CT Basement for a second full installation at the preferable location and the tech did not install the pressure gauge that shows the radon fan is working. He said he'd be back. He never came back. I called the company and tried to make an appointment to have them come back out and they refused to let me schedule an appointment, they said I have to wait for a call back. I never received a call back. I called 3 business days later and left them a voicemail saying I need them to come back out and they never responded. I am worried my radon mitigation system isn't working. This company doesn't care about this customer and I paid them over $3000 for my radon system to be installed twice.
