Job went very quickly. Excellent communication and customer service. Job was done quickly and neatly. Excellent price. Can't ask for anything more. Actually DID hire them back for another job.

I would highly recommend Connecticut Masonry and Waterproofing. The owner, Henry, is very professional, and he was always on time for appointments. He was on-site for the roof installation, and he and his staff were very thorough and did an excellent job.

The owner contacted me promptly for a quote. His quote was very reasonable and he offered me additional services which he didn't push on me (I declined them). He contacted me to inform when his crew was going to arrive and they arrived promptly. The person doing the gutter cleaning was courteous and professional and from the places where I can see the gutter troughs they are immaculate. He even re-attached a downspout extender that had come loose and ran a new small extender in another spot - without asking for a penny more which I really appreciate. Even if the worker hadn't gone above and beyond I would highly recommend Connecticut Masonry & Waterproofing, LLC. I will certainly be using them again in the future.

The day they were going to start I walked out to the car at 7 am and they were already here. They did a fantastic job in only two days and I have not even found a single nail in the yard after their clean up. I'm very happy with the work they have done and will be working with them again

They arrived @ 7:30am to start unloading materials and were working by 8am. There was a mistake with the kind of shingle, my fault, but they sent the truck back for the correct shingles and although that delayed them for 2 hours they still finished the roof in one day. All contact with Henry Guzman the foreman/manager was courteous and professional including a phone call after the first rain after the new roof to make sure there were no problems. Beautiful job, pleasant experience.

I saw them in Angie's List. They have the best quote, they came here three times and looked at the house after a day they e-mailed us the quotation. I have nothing to say to them in general, they are very professional.

These guys were super. I would recommend them highly to anybody. They actually got a job from my neighbor who came by while the work was being done.

Henry Guzman and his entire crew preformed far beyond our expectations. Not only was their bid the lowest by 4K+ for roofing alone (never mind the chimney repair and power washing) they were attentive, communicative, polite and professional to the extreme.

After a day of work, work was interrupted for 3 weeks due to a misunderstanding with the Cheshire Historical Commission. CT Masonry covered the unfinished roof with tarp and came by every few days to make sure it was still in place in the wind. When work resumed, they discovered they would practically have to rebuild our wrap around front porch roof. There was never any discussion of adding to the cost--they had made a contract and stuck to it!

A crew of 5 or 6 worked constantly, Henry bringing them lunch so they didn't have to leave the property. Everything was cleaned up completely after each day's work. They always arrived when they promised and were attentive to our needs in every way.
People all over the neighborhood--especially our next door neighbors--have commented on the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers.

I took a check out to Henry's partner, Jose, on the last day. He would not accept it until the work was totally done, everything was cleaned up and he took me on a walk-about to point out what they had done. Imagine that kind of concern and commitment!

Other estimates for the three jobs separately totaled $$18K. We got it all done by great guys for $11.5K and only had to deal with one contractor.

I actually looked forward to seeing them each day and talking a bit--though they worked so hard there wasn't much time for talk.

I would recommend CT Masonry and Waterproofing in New Haven for roofing, masonry work and power-washing enthusiastically to anyone in CT. They are the best!!!
