Difficulty scheduling work.

The driver arrived on time and did a competent job installing the dishwasher, and was responsive to my requests for how it was to be installed.  When the driver pulled into the driveway, however, he managed to run the side if his truck over our retaining wall knocking the first two or three courses of stone off into the driveway.  The truck's hydralic pump was damaged spilling hydraulic fluid all over the driveway and retaining wall.  Ok, mistakes happen, but the company owner was not very responsive to getting the wall replaced.  The driver did what he could to get the stones back in place and clear the driveway.  When I presented the owner (Bill Sr.) with an estimate from my landscaper, he mentioned that I must have the world's most expensive landscaper. He suggested that he send his own landscaper out to perform the repairs.  I agreed to this, but the job was not done in the agreed-to time frame.  Only when I called The Home Depot, (and then GE, who manufactured the dishwasher) was I able to get results.  After GE spoke with Bill's, he sent a check for the full amount of my landscaper's quote.

Their service came with a Sears installation. The day before, Bill’s Home Care called (a woman’s voice) and gave us the time parameters for the appointment. The gentleman who showed up - Edison - was most pleasant and knowledgeable and very efficient. The appointment was scheduled for noon to 4 pm. He called around 11:25 and asked if it were okay for him to come earlier. Now THAT has never happened to me before. Edison removed our old dishwasher and installed the new dishwasher – making sure it was flush with the cabinets and level –something that was not done in the previous installation. He cleaned up any spilled water under the cabinet where the connections were. We are very satisfied with the work done, and would recommend Bill’s Home Care Professionals to anyone wanting appliance installation.
