+ -1 moreIt went okay. Initially Betsy was very warm and responsive, even taking the time to educate us on what to look for when looking at a home. However as the housing season heated up we heard from her less and less, and it took longer for phone calls to be returned. The house we ended up purchasing was one we found on our own. Also, I regret having used the inspection company she recommended. He gave us a glowing report on the house but, in retrospect, he missed several major things needing repair.
Description of Work: Betsy Grauer was our Realtor when we purchased our first home several years ago.
