We worked with Luann Chambers for a complete kitchen remodel. Luann was extremely helpful with every aspect of the design. Originally, we met with Luann at the Bender showroom where explained to her what we wanted to incorporate, such as an island and utility cabinet/pantry. We also described to Luann the style we were going for and general color scheme we had in mind. Luann was able to take our vague descriptions and present not but gorgeous cabinets that exceeded what we had in mind! She took the time to actually talk to us and ask about our day to day life and routine and what we wanted to achieve with the new kitchen design. Luann came to our house to take measurements and actually see the space for herself in order to create a design layout. The result was amazing! Luann came up with a design based on the space we had available as well as our description of our daily life and family situation. Luann truly has a gift for design and is very good at learning about her customers and incorporating their personal needs into a kitchen design! Luann provided us with all of the dimensions we would need for new appliances and let us know that if we had ANY questions to contact her and she would assist in any way she could. We actually went to Lowe's in order to price out cabinets there, for comparison. Bender's was LESS EXPENSIVE than Lowe's for the cabinets we chose! Lowe's also does not offer any services for actual in-home measurements, you have to measure yourself and bring the layout and measurements to the Lowe's representative. Personally, we felt much better about having a professional take measurements for the layout. We cannot express how truly grateful we are for such a positive experience. The entire staff at Bender's is polite, courteous and helpful. We definitely HIGHLY recommend Bender's to anyone looking to remodel or build a kitchen!
