+ -1 moreI appreciate him so much. He was willing to sign a contractual agreement to delay payment until the house closes or by a specific date. The property was appraised, and everything looks fine. He completed the job in a timely manner and all parties are happy.
Description of Work: I needed someone to paint windows frames on an entire house that my client is purchasing so it will pass the lenders appraisal.
