Mark was excellent to phenomenal. He started the project on time and finished on time. He came in under budget so we were able to ask him to do extra work for us within the same budget. He also threw in "extra freebies" because he had left over mulch and plants we could use. Overall, I am ecstatic that we have a resource like Mark in this area. He has a quiet, humble manner in his approach to business, but you feel that he knows what he is doing. He had the sense to turn down another project we asked him about (stone wall repair) because he stated that he does not know enough about our type of wall to do the repair correctly. Therefore, we trust his judgment since he is more interested in doing a great job and having the customer happy than to earn an extra dollar. His crew was responsive and clean in their work. They picked up and swept after completion of the job and there was always a supervisor present. I would use Mark again. I only wish all the contractors in the area had his competence and work ethic. Our plants are blooming nicely now that it is Spring 2008.
