 + 1 moreGreat! Wonderful owner of business and every contractor was excellent. Very neat, good clean up....One of the nicest and most talented builders I have ever met. He also did our roof that use to leak every year, and after two winters, not a drop! Highly recommend Pat for his professionalism, honesty and just plain being one of the nicest, friendliest people around. Also patient and understanding with us!
Description of Work: Bathroom redone, walls, floor, toilets in 2 other bathrooms. Several doors replaced in house; Ask Pat any question and he was always helpful; great advice.

 + 1 moreDid I say he was neat? After each workday his crew always made things as neat as possible. Having no kitchen for 5 or 6 monthes is a little inconvenient--but Pat made it as easy as it could be. All of his materials and equipment were always put away at the end of the workday. There was only one mishap--it started to rain hard before the roof was completely on---we noticed the drops coming in at about 10 PM, Called Pat, and he came with a gigantic tarp which stopped the leaks--and this was at 10 at night! Talk about dedication.
Description of Work: Mr. McDonald built an addition onto our raised ranch home, which eventually became our new kitchen. He removed our previous kitchen then installed our new cabinets. We contacted him with an idea that I had for this renovation. He suggested an architect who listened to my idea and then drew up the plans. Then Pat suggested a lumber yard where I could choose my cabinets. He later suggested a local floor company where I could select my tile and back splash. He also suggested other subcontractors that we needed for the project--a plumber and an electrician. He worked with me every step of the way. Pat was very patient, easy to work with, and most professional. His helper was also very professional. Sometimes he made suggestions, sometimes I made suggestions. We worked together on the project, and the resulting kitchen was absolutely terrific. We were very pleased.

 + 3 morePat and his crew were a joy to work with. They were always pleasant, even when working in the cold and snow. They were always available to discuss the project and their work was fantastic. We have received a multitude of compliments on the porch and are very pleased with the quality of their work. The only negative aspect was working with the architect but Pat cleared up any problems. I would absolutely recommend Pat without any reservations.
