T. J. Outdoor Services, Inc. Complete Tree Care ~ is EXACTLY RIGHT!. T.J. is professional, knowledgeable, informative, pleasant to work with, and covers all TREE services. What is most striking, is that T.J. and his crew seem to enjoy their work, and conduct the service with great care from beginning to end. Lastly, and very important is that he has fair pricing.

We hired TJ"s Outdoor Services in New Fairfield CT as we had several dead trees, branches that were reaching too close to our house and also aggressive vines that were causing damage too many of our trees. TJ came, took a walk around our property as I showed him my concerns; he explained the work he would do. TJ is very knowledgeable. The crew showed up promptly. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up each day. Our place looks beautiful. He is fair priced. We are extremely happy. Should we need an arborist in the future, I will definitely call T Jones of TJ's Outdoor Services in New Fairfield CT.

Terry, owner of TJ was the only company to return our call for help during Hurricane Isaias. We had 4 trees hit our house and Terry was there the next day to clear the trees and clean up the damage done to other trees on our property. He exceeded all expectations for professionalism, quality of work, value and customer service. I would not hesitate to hire him again and recommend him highly for all your tree and yard work.

Terry is so much more than a guy who just "cuts trees". He is a highly trained arborist. We called him regarding cleanup from recent storms. While he was here, he walked our property, pointing out the health and strength of many our trees and making recommendations. He was able to show us exactly why a tree was healthy or had issues to be addressed. He was able to "cable" one that we were especially concerned about which saved the tree and us, the expense of it's removal. He and his crew showed up when he said they would, did everything that we agreed on and did a great cleanup. We then took him over to another property we have to get his input on tree issues over there. He gave us information on things we could do ourselves to insure the health of some of the trees. We were extremely pleased with the quality of his work and they were a great company to deal with. We will definitely use them again.

Terry the owner was outstanding. We had approx. 8-10 trees cut down or their branches cut back to provide more sun. Additionally, he removed 9 large shrubs. His team was polite and well organized, energetic and professional. Terry provided a lot of tips Re landscaping and we will use him for those services when the time comes. He is very knowledgeable and delivered plus some on all he promised. We will use him for all our projects on landscaping and similar. We have referred him to several of our friends already.

Easy to work with, efficient and reasonably priced. Did an excellent job.
