Description of Work: Repaired caulk in shower & bath and revitalized grout; replaced damaged tiles and Sheetrock in tub; replaced damaged bluestone and repaired concrete in front steps and walkway; touched up cement foundation; powerwashed roof of detached garage.

+ 2 moreIt went well. Vinnie determined that the leak was in the sill and not in the shower floor or drain as two other contractors opined. The repair cost was a quarter of what the others bid for a replacement of the shower floor.
Description of Work: Rebuilt marble threshold of shower stall where leak had developed over the years. Replaced waterproof membrane and reset ceramic tiles as needed.

+ -1 moreVinnie answered my first call and came over the same day to give me an estimate. He came a couple of days later and did the work. I was very pleased when it was done.
Description of Work: I needed some tile work done around a new vanity top. Vinnie finished the tile work and added some wood underneath to support the top. He also added a piece of wood needed to finish the front of the vanity cabinet.

+ 2 moreThis was a great experience and went extreemly well, I would strongly recommend Vinnie Perri, as a person to do a outstanding job and at a fair price, on schedule and within the origional quote.
Description of Work: Completely removed master bath shower/tile/sink/toilet down to wall studs and floor joists. Redid all sheetrock and shower and tiled all walls and floor. He did a terrific job and did it on the schedule origionally agreed to.
