We had inherited a house and adjacent swampland property that need to sold - both difficult to sell. There were issues with zoning, legal issues and house issues and she helped make it go smoother for us during a difficult time. She navigated the process well dealing with multiple sellers, buyers, lawyers and others, who were located in various places in the state. She kept us informed and taught us how to sell it, and if she didn't know something, she's go out of her way to talk to the proper officials/experts to get us those answers. I appreciate her patience, diligence and determination to get this to work for us. I also know that she goes out of her way to accommodate clients schedules, great for those with limited time.
