If you?re looking for a great real estate agent to help you with the ins & outs of buying, selling and/or rentals in the Fairfield & Litchfield county areas, I highly recommend Carolyn Ridenour. She also covers parts of New Haven and many of the NY towns. She?s highly competent, very knowledgeable of the area, and detail oriented, but my favorite thing about her is that?s she?s willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Trust me when I say not all agents will go that far. We were in good hands the whole time. I also know that she goes out of her way to accommodate clients schedules, great for those with limited time. Finally, she takes the time to really get to know what you?re looking for, asks a lot of questions until you?re both on the same page. Thumbs up & happy home hunting and/or selling!
