pressure washing
 + -1 moreExcellent job. They usually do the work with a week of my calling and asking them and I didn't need to be home for them to perform the task. I recommended them to a neighbor and they were pleased with the job done
Description of Work: I have my house power washed each fall to remove mildew. Americlean has done the work for 3 years now and is excellent plus a lot less expensive than other services I have used by $100-400 less. Our house is 3300 square feet so it is quite big and is a colonial, so tall also. They use our water supply but run it through a pressurizer in their truck, using mild detergent mix which makes the siding look freshly painted while not damaging any plantings near the foundation. If you want your deck cleaned too this is extra. They also take care and point out if paint is loose/peeling so as not to remove it (unless needed for painting).
