Greg, John, and Dan were fabulous from the start. They were prompt with their communications, professional, and friendly. Everything implied they take pride in their work and the job the completed proved it. The team they sent were on time, respectful, and neat, leaving the work site spotless. The estimate was spot-on. This company is very good. One of the only vendor in the area that have all the major brands. This gives you a neutral evaluation of all the major brands. The other main point working with this vendor is that you are dealing directly with the owners. This saves you on the cost of the sales commission. This could be quite a bit of money. Overall positive experience and a company I would recommend to friends and family.

Very well! In addition to replacing the very large center portion of a bay window that was solid glass with 2 wide double hung divided lights windows, they had to match (line up) the new window with the 2 existing side windows. Plus, there was considerable wood rot damage to the trim and supporting structure that had to be fixed first. They did a beautiful job, were professional and courteous, and left my house spotless. Besides vacuuming, they even mopped the hardwood floors in the areas where they worked. Amazing! Extremely pleased!

It couldn’t have went better! Windows Solutions Plus did an excellent job! For starters, their quoting process was 100x easier than everyone else. They were very responsive, they had the best price for the project, and the work they did was PERFECT. I’ve had the door for a couple months so far and I love it....seriously love this door to the point where I show my guests my new door. Everything was installed perfectly. The quality is top notch. Communication was perfect. Professionalism was perfect. They worked non stop until it was done. I seriously can’t recommend these guys enough and I will be using them again.

The whole experience was great. I asked for a quote, and immediately spoke with John who sent me over some options. Wood, vinyl, and hybrid windows. After speaking with him and discussing my needs, he made some recommendations and came over with some samples. John was honest and actually talked me out of some upgrades that weren't worth it. The team then kept me updated on delivery time frames and scheduling work. Greg would text me to see if I could squeeze in availability if they had an opening (there was a lot of rain days at the time, so things were a bit unpredictable). I very much appreciated all the outreach. Once the windows arrived and the work began, I was amazed on how smooth it went. I was a bit concerned since the windows were old, but they were done with all 9 windows in one day, and they functioned perfectly. We had one window that had a loose latch. John said he requested a whole new replacement, and they kept me up to date on when they were going to come back to swap it. I can't say enough about the communication and follow-up, which not very many contractors do. I will hire Windows Solutions Plus again for my next project (looking at some picture windows next), and suggest you get these guys to give you a quote when you are ready for a window project of your own.

I will definitely use Window Solutions Plus again!!! I had 2 basement level doors that let cold air in. I was worried that there might be some corrosion under the doors as well. I got some other estimates before meeting with Greg at Windows Solutions Plus. They carry all of the major brands. Greg told me exactly what they were going to do and worked very hard to find the right doors for a price within my budget. The doors were custom made and extra materials and insulation were put at the base to ensure that the doors would be trouble free. They spent the time to make sure that the framing inside and outside the house were perfect and that the transitions from the doors to the carpet were seem-less. Window Solutions Plus were great work with. They were so so hard working, very, very honest honest (i made a mistake in their favor and they alerted me to it) and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect. I would whole-heartily recommend them

John and Greg and their crew were very careful and were very neat in getting the job done. We have lived in the house for 45 years and of all the contractors we had doing work in our house ther were the most professional and conscientious of all. I would highly recommend them for anything they do.

Two words...A-Mazing. Co-owner John and his crew did an incredible job from our first meeting to our final closeout. Excellent craftsmanship. We searched and met with quite a few window installers before selecting WS+. Based on a recommendation from a friend, we decided to reach out to John and his team. From our first meeting, John did a great job explaining the differences between various window manufacturers, materials, installation methods, etc. He is extremely knowledgeable about windows and their installation. His experience certainly is apparent by his detailed explanations and field work. He was VERY responsive to all our questions - whether via phone or e-mail. The actual installation took about 5 days. John's team worked quickly yet diligently. They did a great job of cleaning up after each day. Some days you couldn't even tell construction work had taken place (other than a new window or door being installed!) I will admit that they aren't the least expensive window/door installer out there. But, as they say, you get what you pay for - and that's a reputable company, quality product and a complete installation. Regardless of your budget, I would def. give WS+ a call. We're very happy we chose John and his team. We look forward to many years of improved energy efficiency and curb appeal!

From beginning to end, it was a pleasure working with Window Solutions Plus. The quote to replace the basement windows was very fair and the custom-made windows were ready in the promised time. The installation went perfectly and I'm very happy with the look and function of our new vinyl windows. The owners and installers were all very professional and great to deal with.

John came out to our house and explained our options clearly. A few days later, he emailed us a quick no pressure estimate. Our windows arrived in less than a month. The team installed windows for the majority of the house in short order. Some windows were quite tricky because of the height and configuration of the house. The team was quick, professional and did a great job cleaning up. They were so fun to have around,we actually missed them when they were finished. We've been telling everyone...these guys are the BEST.

Could not have been better. Greg and John were fantastic. Attentive to all my little issues without complaint (chrome sash locks in the kitchen/bath, white in the bedrooms and brown in the living room and dining room). And although my old bathroom windows were opaque and I did not specify to them if I wanted obscured glass, so they are t kind of guys who think and are attuned to details, so they asked me if I wanted obscure glass, which I did -- but didn't know to ask. They were upfront about the pricing and stuck to it, even through it turned out two of my windows were very difficult to install because my house is old and crooked in spots. The workers were first-rate. There was a meticulous and experienced carpenter (Dave, who has 30+ years experience) teamed with a younger helper. The younger helper said he was not allowed to do the caulking because he had been working less than a year. I think that's great, because it meant all the seams for the caulking came out looking perfect. And they were available by email throughout, which makes things so easy.

I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. John and Greg and their team are extremely professional. I received great quality windows that fit my budget. I highly recommend them!

Great experience with them installing a bay window. They were extremely meticulous, spending nearly 12 hours in below-freezing weather to get the fit and carpentry right. The final result is beautiful, and the crew was a pleasure from start to finish. Not many contractors would return to clean up some small caulk residue that was understandably missed because it was dark outside. They pride themselves in cleaning up the work site and being consummate professionals, and it shows. I highly recommend Window Solutions Plus. They also worked with us on the price and scope of the window configuration, as we didn't want to invest top dollar in a window for a variety of reasons. Bottom line: we have no reservations about recommending this company for a window installation that will be painless and perfect.

We hadn’t had work done in our home for years because we couldn’t find a contractor we trusted. They have a reputation… and it’s not a good one. When we decided to turn our screened-in porch into a 4-season room, we had the same concerns. Fortunately, we found Windows Solutions Plus and from Day One they started to change the way we thought about contractors. Always on time, diligent and detailed, they’d do nothing but work all day to get the job done… and done right. Every night they’d vacuum and clean the work area (and surrounding areas), sometimes leaving it cleaner than it was before they arrived. Greg, the owner, would text us each day and/or night with plans for the next day and any changes that might occur. Chris, a true carpenter, took such pride in his work, it brought us back to the “old days” when people actually cared about their profession. This was the most painless, hassle-free project we’ve ever experienced. Greg and his team have given us hope that there are still contractors, workers and people who will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Although we have changed our minds about contractors in general, Windows Solutions Plus is still the only company we’ll hire for any future project.

Windows Solutions Plus did an absolutely terrific job on my house. They replaced 20 windows in my house with new Anderson windows, They did all the work: measurement, delivery, installation, cleanup. They were efficient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We are delighted with the results. Is it possible you might find window replacement for tiny bit cheaper elsewhere? Maybe. Will go regret having John and his crew do the work for you? Definitely not. Replacing windows is a major deal, so get someone who knows what they are doing. In particular the clean up was great... it was as if they had never been there. Barely a spec of dust remained. I'd recommend them all day long.

Excellent. Window Solutions Plus lived up to all of the excellent reviews on Angie's List, as well as the separate local references that we checked. Greg was a pleasure to work with from the initial phone contact through the planning, scheduling, estimating, and contracting process, and particularly throughout the actual work. His company is experienced with various premium types of windows and Greg offered us creative and reasonably priced window and door solutions, including the ability to do finish trim and painting touch ups. He and all of his team were highly skilled, always polite, prompt, and thorough, and they made sure that the work areas inside and out were left in very clean condition before they left for the day. When there were a few minor wrinkles, as to be expected when replacing windows in an older home, Greg and his team quickly and expertly resolved any issues. They have very high standards and do very quality finish work. The powder room renovation that they did turned out beautifully, as did the track lighting they replaced in our living room, and the other small projects. Greg goes the extra mile to make sure that you are happy and that the work is right. He was flexible about scheduling and he is realistic about the lead time for ordering the materials and the time it will take to complete the work. Our windows were challenging because they were very large and the house is concrete/steel. Several contractors blew us off, but John and Greg were very professional and helpful. They gave a quote that was competitive. They followed through on all communications, and executed the job on time and with excellence. They kept and left the place clean.

They did an excellent job with both projects, done on time, very neat and detailed.

They ensured they could match the paint and stain with great detail. ( actually they were pretty anal in ensuring the colors matched up with the existing colors ) I was pretty impressed with that type of detail. They were open to my suggestions but also provided counter points to ensure I picked out the correct windows.

The garage was also done with similar execution. Detailed and done well.

This company was fantastic and very professional. Greg came to our home with window samples, was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and helped us decide on what would best meet our needs. Gave us a prompt written estimate with a fair price. We delayed the work due to personal issues, but he was persistent in following up (without being overbearing) and we signed on when we were ready. The job went very smoothly and we are very pleased with our installation. The team cleaned up everything so there was nothing to do when they left. Could not recommend more highly.
