5/14/18, I have lived in my home for 11 years and always had a leak in the bed room ceiling and had a few roofers come by and tell me they could not find anything, I have Jon Prizio from Prizio Roofing come by and 1st thing he said was “that roof is not sloped enough for shingles and you need a different type of roof on it”, so today they came and replace the upper, almost flat roof and a small back roof. Very neat, clean, proficient men, took great care around my plants and shrubs and I could not be happier. Thanks Jon.

Prizo's guys came out within an hour, and credit to them for going up on the roof when there was 2 feet of snow. They cleared out where the ice **** was, no problem.

John Prizio, President of Prizio roofing, met with us and provided the estimate. John was very helpful in the estimate process by explaining each step of the roofing and gutter replacement process and how he and his team would perform each of the steps. He worked with us to recommend the best roof shingle product for our budget and the color of the shingles. He also recommend that we install 6 inch gutters as opposed to 5 inch. The Prizio roofing crew was professional, efficient and did a great job on the new roof, flashing and gutters. Having the old roof removed is a messy job and John and his crew did a great job of cleaning up each day and when the job was completed. The 6 inch gutters were definitely the way to go. They look great and will move more water more efficiently. the new roof and flashing look great and are water tight. We are very pleased with the work and the level of friendly, professional service that John ad his crew provided. We would recommend Prizio roofing to anyone that asks.

I can not give enough praise to Jonathan and the team at Prizio. They did a great job replacing our roof and installing new gutters. They were professional, clean, hard working, and very quick. Jonathan has a large, experienced crew that gets the job done expertly and efficiently. Jonathan walked us through the entire process, was very straightforward, and was readily available to answer any questions. Jonathan really made a tremendous effort to ensure we were completely satisfied with our new roof. He was on-site often during the installation process making sure everything went smoothly. He even made multiple trips out to my home to personally evaluate the situation regardless of how big or small my concerns or questions were. I would highly recommend Prizio roofing.

John came and gave us an estimate that was lower than other contractors. Also told us we didn't need some of the things other contractors wanted to charge us for. Was told by one contractor that job would take at least 7 days, John's crew did it in 2!! They arrived and were so professional. They cleaned up my yard, better than it was before they came. I would definitely recommend Prizio Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof. I believe John was honest and extremely professional.Really nice guy too!!

After this really bad winter, we've had a whole lot of ice and snow accumulation on the roof - not a problem previously, but it was so bad this year that ice dams formed and caused a leak that went into the kitchen on the main level. After looking around briefly, we contacted Prizio. We were called back very quickly, and they ensured us that they would be able to fit us into their schedule for that day. Within two hours, Jon and his crew were at the house. The work was done quickly and professionally.
We've dealt with other contractors that try to sell or push a product, but Jon was completely honest with us - we didn't have a problem at the front of the house, only the back, so there was no need to shovel the front. He saved us money on the job by doing what was necessary for us, and we are truly thankful to have found someone who is honest and straightforward. For all of our roofing and outdoor home needs, we will go directly to Prizio from now on.

I spent too much. I looked him up on Angie's List and somebody else had gone through the same thing and I thought the price was a little high, but it was absolutely necessary to get somebody right away. He responded, we had a little back and forth. He's casual in his business dealings and he gets very chatty, but he came and picked up the job with three young guys and they got off the roof and they took the snow off because we were having some leaks. We had ice stemming. The workers did their job and they were good. I don't know how he is as a roofer, but he serves my needs for snow removal. I would use him again in the future.

We had leaking in our windows and walls due to ice dams forming in our gutters. I called 5 places on Monday and no one returned my calls. I called John's company at 4pm and by 4:15pm he had called me back, by 4:40 he was at my house. He removed the snow and enough ice to fix the leak problem. John is a nice guy and really helped us when we were in a bind. I do think the price was too expensive, but I really had not choice. Very glad he came out on such short notice!

They were fantastic - I wish more "home services" people were like them. From my first experience calling the company - you talk to a real person, leave a message with the person with what you're looking for, and I got a call back from Mr. Prizio in ten minutes! There were some issues timing the actual installation around rain (obviously they try and pick a day where it is not raining), and every time there was potential delay, John made a serious effort to contact me (multiple times) to talk about timing and the plan. I couldn't be there on the day of installation (except at the beginning) so he walked me through everything that was going to happen, and called me with updates throughout the day. They also are very aware of some of the roofing "scams" out there in the market, so you sign a contract which protects you AND them, and guarantees their work. I usually would not be so glowing about an experience - but this really was exceptional customer service, and a job well done. We've had several big storms since the installation, and we have had zero leaks. He also managed to match the roof tiling to the roof we had on the rest of the house, so cosmetically there is no difference. Also check out his BBB rating - he has been on there since 85 with no complaints - ever - pretty amazing stuff. I would believe if I have any problems with the roof, he'd be very responsive and do what he could to rectify the situation. So far, my roof has held up beautifully and the installation job was clean, professional, and quick. The most distinguishing thing, besides the good job, was how good he is at the customer service and communication.

I called the main number and left a message. My call was returned within 10 minutes. He promised to look at my roof that day and provide a written estimate. He did both. Plus without my asking, he provided all insurance papers. I agreed to the work and left a check for him to perform the services the next day. And he came the next day and did the work to our satisfaction for a very reasonable price.

This is the second time I have used them and the second roof in 20 years. They are a very professional crew and have good craftsmanship. The job was done correctly the first time. They also did a great job cleaning up.
