Working with the existing home was time consuming and they did a great job. Marek is a consummate professional and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. He was very helpful in giving an explanation of the system and returning numerous times during the project to turn on different alarms as the construction was finished. The management is very responsive and the staff is extremely friendly.

Overall I think it could have been better. They were fine installing. They were supposed to come on a day when I was not home and I had sent them my keys. They lost my house keys and so I had to get my locks replaced. I liked that they had unlock and lock key pads for the alarm system.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. IT WAS REALLY GOOD BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY KIND TO US AND DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR THE WORK. WHENEVER THE ALARM GOES OFF THEY CALL RIGHT AWAY TO SEE IF WE ARE OKAY.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND VERY HONEST. THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY HELP WITH WHATEVER QUESTION, AND THEY'LL FIND THE ANSWER. OVERALL I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE, VERY NICE, AND VERY NEAT. WHENEVER THEY INSTALLED ANYTHING THEY ALWAYS MADE SURE IT WAS CLEANED UP.
