NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! I hired Hoyt's to pick our daughter up from the airport and bring to our house in CT . What a mistake. They advertise heavily in our area and were listed on Angie's list, so I thought we would give them a try. We use limo services on a monthly basis so I know what to expect on a service level. On the first leg of the trip, the vehicle used was very old . Driver said that the company was in the process of purchasing new vehicles . Two days before her return, we had to change the return pick up time from 8:30 am to 1pm. I called the office in person to make the change and they told me to send an email. Would not take the change verbally. I sent an email at 5pm and by 9 am the next morning, I had not received a response that they had received my email with change. I called the company and they said they had made the change but had not notified me. When they did send me an updated email they had the incorrect pick up time. I then had to respond back and ask them to change it to the right time. When the driver arrived, he gave me quite an attitude. When I asked him if there was a problem, he said he had been calling me to confirm that he was at the correct address but I hadn't answered my phone. He did not knock on the door to inquire. He was very unprofessional and my daughter felt uneasy getting in the car with him, to the point where she stayed on the phone with me the entire time he was driving. He got lost twice trying to get to the interstate. My daughter, who hasn't lived in CT for six years finally asked him where he was going and he told her he didn't know. He asked her the correct way and when she didn't know he got very agitated. I called the office to ask who I could speak with to voice a concern regarding the entire process that had taken place over a six day period and was told that I would have to call back later. No offer to take my name and number and have them return my call. They have no concept of what customer service should look like. We will never use them again which is disappointing because the service that we have used for the past 10 years has closed their doors and I had high hopes that we could find another company close by that we could use.

HAve used them before - never have to worry, they are always there. Will use them again, just wish it wasn't so expensive - but they are in the same price bracket as everyone else
