He gave us several suggestions as to how to correct this problem, He was super informative and knowlegable about our problem Would recommend this company to anyone for their septic problems. My annual service is always spot on. The one area I have had issues with is with a more complicated issue with my tank. My tank is close to the house, and close to a patio, and needs some service to the intake pipe. They are reluctant to take this on as it is complicated, and am going to another vendor with more advanced tools available. But for more straightforward septic needs, they are great.

Palladino Septic scheduled the inspection for a day later and showed up right on time. They were very thorough, pumping the system and spending time locating important components on the property and examining the tank, etc. They gave me a full explanation of how the septic works, what to watch for, how to care for the system, and sent an email written report. This is the company I will be using in the future for any septic needs.

Palladino correctly diagnosed a life safety concern with out system (which I disregarded and subsequently fell through the cover!) He measured and had two custom made covers prepared. He installed and neatly recovered with soil. He also moved a couple boulders in the yard at wife's request since backhoe was there! Price quoted was very competitive.

Generally their pumping was fine (careful, neat, complete)... no complaints.  But the main issue we had was their big heavy trucks driving over and destroying our belgian blocks (we have a challenging curvy driveway).  We were able to minimize this by requesting their shorter truck.  But then in 2014 I was told they got rid of that truck and that I should find someone else.  I had no other reason to do this, so I suggested they could skip driving all the way in, and just pump from across the front lawn, but they didn't seem to want to do that.  So I have now found someone else who would do that... it just required 2 more sections of hose... not a big deal apparently. Palladino's professionalism over this matter could've been a lot better... along the way I requested a direct dialog with the owner but was rebuffed every time.

Installation went great. They are slow in responding with paperwork and finalized drawing .

Problem solved. Flow is works great now. Fair price and quality work.
I also use Palladino every year for my septic cleaning and also whenever I have any issues or questions related to drainage. I am always able to deal directly with Ralph, the business owner, and he's always super responsive and available. Even better he knows the area and the neighborhood so well it's a huge benefit to me as a homeowner. Hard to imagine using another company. I wish I had a service provider available to me like this for each type of home maintenance need I have because it's truly unique.

We were buying a house with a lot of wetlands and regulations and had concerns about replacing the septic if it failed. Ralph inspected it, declared it to be in great condition and put our minds to rest about the process should it eventually fail.
This year they simply did the annual clean.
I've been using this company now for about 10 years. They are friendly, communicate clearly, professional and prompt. Couldn't see myself using anyone else.

Ralph and his guys were great. Prompt, professional and did a great job. Ralph did inspections on two houses for me. On the first one, his inspection showed the system was marginal and could fail anytime. So I didn't buy the house, possibly saving myself a lot of money and future headaches.
On the second house, he explained to me in great detail why he thought the system there was in much better shape, how it was laid out and exactly how it works. Later on, he went above and beyond and answered a bunch of my email questions on how to properly care for such a system. That was very helpful since I've always lived in houses connected to sewer systems.

They were responsive and met my expectations regarding the septic services I requested. The price quoted was the price I was billed. Price was fair and will certainly be using them again.

I called and left a message, but did not hear back from them. I called again two days later and spoke to a very professional women who apologized and set up the appointment. They were right on time. The septic technician explained the process, answered questions and was a pleasure to work with. His work was excellent, he cleaned the filter, drained the tank, and left the ground as he found it. We were very pleased and definitely would use them again. The previous local septic business was very "unprofessional" in every way and the Palladino organization was a welcome change.

No nonse! Had a quick conversation, they came when I was away at work and completed the job, and dropped a bill in the mail. Easy to use and did the job cleanly and nicely.

As they are a family operation, when you call, you rarely get to speak to a person. However, they call back fairly quickly. After a Thursday appointment that didn't happen (they claimed that no called to confirm with them and they didn't call to check at the time they should have been there), they quickly rescheduled a Saturday appointment for 9:30. They did arrive at 10:15 and from then on, everything went fine, the inspection was done and a verbal report was conveyed and followed up with a written report which arrived two days later. Having used them at a different house in the past, this was a little sloppy, but I did have faith that their report was accurate when it finally got done.
