When I called the number listed, Lou answered the phone immediately. He explained that he was in the field and could not take my info, but would call back. Within half an hour I got a call back to take my info and schedule a visit. He confirmed the visit later, showed up on time and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He also went over the causes of the problem and how to prevent it in the future. I've never had a more positive experience with a plumber.

I have been dealing with contractors for the past year while renovating a family home for re-sale and this has been my best experience to date. I found Water Works on Angie's list. I called on a Sunday night figuring I would leave a message and perhaps get a call back the next day. To my surprise Lou answered his phone and was apologetic that he couldn't come out and give me a quote until a week from Monday. It was a work holiday for me so it was actually perfect. When Lou came out the next week he was very thorough wrote down everything that I said I needed and made a couple of suggestions. He said he would call me the next day with his quote. He called with his quote the next day and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday. He showed up at the house exactly when he said and all the work was completed in a day and a half. He was professional, on time, and cleaned up after himself. Lou also took out the required building permit for the plumbing work.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD PLUMBERS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, AND MAKE SURE THEY GET THE JOB DONE THE WAY IT NEEDS TO BE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.
