My heat went off; but they were here right away.  I called and said I had no heat and they were here within the hour.  It was kind of a cold day and they were here in like 40 minutes or so; it was wonderful service.  They fixed the problem and it was great.  I was really pleased. They are very, very considerate of price.  They have been out when I was having trouble, last year or so, whenever it was, anyway, they came out a couple of times and did not charge me for the service.  They're very nice people.  I've been using them for years.  They solved the problem, they were punctual, and basically their response to my calls - everything in general - it's a nice company to do business with.  They're considerate of your needs and the situation.

I am really happy with them. When it is time for them to come they always send the same technician out. It is convenient because he knows me and my furnace and what he is doing. I trust him in my house because he is always the one to come. He answers all of my questions and respects my house. I have had a very good experience with them.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. WE HAVE GOTTEN OUR OIL FROM THEM FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN US THE BEST PRICES ON ANY TYPE OF WORK WE HAVE NEEDED FROM THEM.
