Exceeded all expectations and did a lot of extra prep work to move us. They had the proper number of people. They packed things carefully. They were quick and very professional.

So far everything has been really good. As I've been unpacking, I have seen that some items were damaged. I have processed the claims for the damages and they have been following through with that just fine. In general everything has been satisfactory. The final price was underneath the estimated cost which was a pleasant surprise.

When it came time for me to finally get my furniture from them. They called and they wanted to charge me almost 50% more to get my furniture back. They had it in storage at that time. They tried to charge it to my credit card without my permission. Fortunately the credit card company didn?t allow it. I was very upset and had the guy who did the estimate call me. I had to wait over the weekend until Monday. At the end, when I talked to this guy, I told him I wanted to talk to the owner of the company. He called me back an hour later and quoted me a price that was about $400 over what I was originally quoted. They said if the weight was lower after the fact I would get money back. After four weeks, I called them because they didn?t call me. The girl in the office said I might have a little bit coming back. They did send me a check for over $200 dollars.
The guys that packed up and delivered my stuff were fabulous. The people I had to deal with in the office were not.

The men working for Siracusa were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.  The estimate was more than the actual cost of the move!  I would certainly use them again.  Their phone staff were also helpful, professional and friendly.

Excellent service.  Arrived on time (a few minutes early in-fact).  All items were handled with care are arrived safely.  They put all of our stuff where we wanted them to in our new house.  Price was about the same as a couple other quotes we had, but the insurance was much cheaper.

Nothing got broken and they moved everything into my new place.

The whole process went very smoothly, no issues. We needed to move contents from an Apt. to storage Facility. All went very well.
They also accommodated an extra moving stop on the way. All items were packed/unpackedcarefully. We would definitely use this company again.....highly recommended.

They were fantastic!  They packed each room very carefully.  They were polite, professional, and just very easy to work with overall.  This includes the staff in California, and Connecticut.  The delivery was also as painless as the pickup and packing, making sure they were careful and considerate.

Movers were punctual, polite, and efficient - no time wasted. Everything was moved safely.

The movers were punctual and nothing got damaged. However, the head of the move-in team did a very rush job asking where we'd like boxes and items placed in the new apartment (and yes, everything was labeled) and then he disappeared - maybe to unload the truck? The workers actually doing the move-in labor didn't know where to put any of the furniture or boxes, and they moved in the smaller items first. This made unpacking and setting up our new place more time-consuming and disorganized than it should have been.

I am in the process of obtaining the services. I used their website to obtain the quote. I don't know if I would recommend at this point of time. I haven't completed the entire process and the back end process is really most important. When they came to provide the quote, they were timely. They met the time requirement they said they were going to. I would use the company for another quote if I was looking to move.

I prearranged movers to unload my Uhaul trailer from another company. Unfortunately they were no-shows, so I came here to Angie's List and found Siracusa. They were able to quickly send someone over - and they did the job in quick order, and were very professional. It was the end of the day, so the dispatcher didn't have to help me out - but he did! Chris (the mover) was super courteous and very professional! The job was finished in under an hour. Siracusa was the highlight in the day!

We had a great experience. John Dalton, the moving and storage contractor with Siracusa, was excellent. He took extreme care with belongings, was on time, and did everything he promised. He made a potentially very stressful process run smoothly.

THEY DID DELIVER EVERYTHING BUT IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME. I THINK THEY OVERCHARGED US WITH THE THINGS THEY SAID THEY STORED. THEY CLAIM TO OF PACKED MORE CONTAINERS THEN THEY ACTUALLY DID SO THAT IS HOW THEY OVERCHARGED US.
