I was extremely pleased with the tech's work and politeness. I would not hesitate to use Link again and would recommend them to anyone.
"Ms. [removed member name], Our service records show that we have not been out to your home since June 28, 2013. At that time we repaired a leak on your humidifier and you gave us a very positive review. Prior to that visit, we had not been out to your home since April 19, 2007. Are you sure that you recently used us? Your latest post was on August 18th of 2014 and we show no records of any service requests on your behalf. PLEASE feel free to contact our office so we can help you with any issues you may be having. Thank You. Chris Link."
After installation a couple of issues surfaced. The complany came back several times but they were *not* aggressive in trying to fix them. The problems were eventually fixed, not without tremendous frustration for us (repeated visits, half-baked reasons why things were happening). I like their product, we'll see how ongong customer service improves.
