Jasleni was so professional and she didn't make me feel as though unimportant. She kept in contact. Understood the concept that I was going for and the images came out so beautiful. She kept me in the loop the entire time and made me feel like my opinions mattered.

Jasleni not only has a very artistic eye, she also has an exceptional ability to understand and make your website vision a reality. I came to her with a "working" website that had the content that I wanted, but it did not present and convey the image that I wanted. My original website did not provide all of the features that I wanted either. Jasleni truly understand what I wanted and knew how to get my website there. Her turn around time was amazing every step of the way- far shorter than other venders that I had tried to work with. It was truly a pleasure to work with her from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Everything went very smoothly, turn around time was quicker than expected. The design aspect itself was amazing, not sure how she nailed down what I wanted when I didn't know myself. The quality of the products was perfect for my jewelry! I would hire her again for any future projects!

Jasleni and I discussed moving over the entire site but this never occurred. Unbeknownst to me, there were numerous blog posts missing. Once my followers reached out to me, I became aware but was told by Jasleni that fixing it is my responsibility because she thought she moved them all over. She told me it was the equivalent of going to a seamstress and getting a dress made to return it for a new one altogether. I specifically asked if she was moving over the entire site and she said yes. I asked because I was aware of the number of blog posts that I had. I also suggested she download the site to a zip file to upload to the site instead of manually moving over posts. Instead, she decided to manually bring over posts to the new site. I am glad that I did download my site because if I hadn't, those posts would be lost forever after all that work. She told me she had to hire a developer to help her locate the missing posts and the mistakes made by her were becoming too cumbersome. If she didn't know how to use a zip file to upload the entire site, perhaps consulting with a developer earlier on in this project would have been more fruitful for her. As the customer, the burden of moving over blog posts does not rest with me. She mentioned doing work at a discount. The old adage holds true, "You get what you pay for." As an entrepreneur, it was her decision to work with the University of Hartford and discount her services, not mine. At the end of the day, we discussed the entire site being moved over and this did not happen. As mistakes were recognized along the way, (my PayPal on my site going to an email she created, missing blog posts, ebooks without correct contact information etc), she asked me to do a final review to identify any remaining issues. I respectfully obliged. She created a great logo and is a great graphic designer but failed on this project. It is too bad that these issues weren't brought to my attention by my followers prior to me writing a review of her services. Jasleni's attention to detail in this matter failed miserably. She said she was moving over the entire site but did not. Whether it was intentional or not is a mute point. She did not move over the entire site which means the project is incomplete.

Jasleni was professional and extremely helpful with the website. She even helped with making additional suggestions to better the site. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a timely, professional, and creative designer to bring their vision into reality.

Jasleni is wonderful to work with, she intuitively understands the image that you are trying to express to people visiting your website. She took the vision that I had and her artistry, creativity and organization brought it to life. We work remotely together and although I'd love to meet her in person someday, I have never felt that this was a problem. Jasleni went above and beyond my expectations. I contacted her about repainting a dog sculpture to look my my puppy and it took her less than a week to complete the project. I have received nothing but compliments and some double takes on the resemblance between fake Leo and the real one. Her professionalism was superb! Look no further if you need an artist. Although she was busy with other projects, she did not turn me away and consistently made sure she was working around the concept I wanted.
