He was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He did the work 5 years ago and everything continues to work great. He even helped with all the paperwork to get back a few thousand dollars in government and manufacturer rebates. I hire him back every year to do the annual maintenance, also at a reasonable price  and highly recommend him.

Everyone was professional and took care to not make a mess when cutting the openings for the system. I was extremely pleased with the work.

Gutowski was just fabulous. He is the nicest and greatest guy we have ever met. He did a great job. It took him literally two days to install the entire heat and air system. The contractors, the people, and the electrician that he brought in were highly professional. They had to cut holes in the ceiling, they put boxes up to catch all the material, and they were super clean. Since we didn't have a basement, they had to go into the attic for everything and the work was great; it was up to anybody's standards. We had a problem after about two weeks, the sensor that was in the drip pan was a little wet so it turned off. We called him and he was here within about two hours, he fixed the problem and told us what was wrong. We have met him a number of times afterwards and he is always friendly. We meet him up at the home show, he is always there, and he is the nicest, nicest man. We would recommend him to anybody. We have an older ranch and what they do is, they come in and retro fit it, so for people those who are up here, that don't have air-conditioning, this could be put in. His price was very, very reasonable. The amount he charged us was inclusive of everything, the units and the installation, because we had electric heat and he switched it to a heat pump for the whole house and the house is so warm now. In the summer time, there is no humidity coming into the house now, everything is just perfect. This was three years ago but we see this guy all the time at the show, we always go over to him and talk to him because he is personable and just a nice guy. It was an honest quote and the price was really, really good; really reasonable. The best thing was the quality of work we received; it was fabulous. We had told him that we are thinking about putting in a room addition so he chose the size of the units based on that so that it could handle the room addition in the future, so he thought of that ahead of time. He is very quiet but he listens, and his work crew is clean. They had to cut holes all over the ceiling to put in vents but it was perfectly clean. Some people complain about this and that but people in his crew were cheerful, there was no complaining at all. They were in and out in no time. Gutowski followed up with us, he made sure we understood the system and checked back with us about a month later to see how we were doing with it. It was perfect.
