We couldn’t be happier with our new central air HVAC system! Our old system broke down during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and Ricardo and his team came to the rescue. They were incredibly accommodating for what was truly an emergency situation. From start to finish, Ricardo was responsive, professional, and communicative. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my husband and me, and made sure we were comfortable with the new system before wrapping up. The installation process was fast, efficient, and impressively neat—his team showed great care and attention to detail. Truly outstanding service and workmanship. Ricardo and EXPRESS HOME service were wonderful. Their product service and price were unbeatable. Ricardo took his time and explained all the equipment that was installed to our satisfaction expertly resolved a minor electrical issue and even replaced and provided a new filter.
