They cut down one tree that was very difficult to get to and they did a great job. Their clean up and overall professionalism was excellent. i would HIGHLY remcommend them. The only, slight, problem was punctuality; they said they would be there at a certain time but had to change it. But once there...fabulous!

It went very well. They showed up on time. They were very neat and efficient. They gave us advice about what to do with receding the lawn that had been destroyed by the trees. We had several proposals and Advancd Tree Service gave us the best quote.

First Ed came out promptly after I called for a quote. He was very knowledgeable and after I showed him the three trees I was thinking of having taken down and asking his opinion he pointed out why these trees should come down. Having an untrained eye I would have never guessed how dangerous the trees had become. He was very professional and I didn't feel pressured for a moment. I found him quite pleasant.

When the day for the work to be done came I met Joe and his team. They were polite and respectful. My husband and I were so happy that we decided on them to do this work. They worked steadily and very hard and may I add it was a very hot day. There were no long breaks and only a brief break around lunch time. They work together exceptionally.

Finally it was clean up time and that went just as well and smoothly as the rest of their work. If the tree's weren't gone I would swear they hadn't even been there. I am a fussy person and had not one thing I could point out as not being done to my liking.

Advance Tree Service will have my business again and I will recommend them to family and friends.

as a former professional estate manager I know from experience how difficult it is to get good reliable contractors. I've had alot of trouble in the past getting in contact with a live person or getting a return call, actually getting them to show up for an estimate and then completing the work when promised and to my satisfaction. so when I needed tree work done I was expecting more of the same and I'm afraid to say that's what I got from a number of contractors. all except for joe at advanced tree service. he returned my call promptly, showed up on time for an estimate, gave me an excellent price, and promised to squeeze me in by the end of the week. sure enough a couple days later he called and set up a time for the work to be done. his crew showed up right when they were supposed to and they completed the work faster than I expected. it was all done very professionally, they left no mess, and I was very satisfied with the results. I would not hesitate to call them again if I need more work to be done and feel lucky I was able to find someone that was so fast and efficient.

They were on time. They used the proper equipment. They did not do any damage to our yard even though they had heavy equipment. Their clean up was excellent. They were very professional. The supervisor on the job was very polite and respectful.

Called and Larry came the same day to provide estimate. He arrived promptly on the stated date and personally cut the branches using a bucket loader. He had helpers to thoroughly clean up the branches, which were run through a shredder and taken away. Very professional job.

It is a father and son who own the company. I received their name from my neighbor's recommendation. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. They offered quick response time, were pleasant, and had a reasonable rate. Upon contacting them to request an estimate, the owner came out within 30 minutes. I intend to have them cut down a pine tree in the near future.
