Description of Work: Third time using this company. Carl is very professional and does impeccable work. In May of 2011, had to have new deck put on back of home. Old deck was open with just screens and was rotting away from weather and termite damage. New deck put on was a 3 season deck with windows that could be replaced with screens in the summer. Had deck enclosed 1/2 way up and he even added insulation in walls to make warmer in colder months. He even matched the siding perfectly to the house, all the lines are perfect and whe I show people the deck, they can't believe it didn't come with the house. The ease with which it takes to replace the windows with the screens is minimal and very easy to do. Also the paint and stain job is beautiful!In June of 2010, the washing machine hose broke off and we had over $20,000 in damage to the basement as the water just poured down the walls and the dropped ceiling fell down as well. As the walls were an old barn wood, they also soaked up the water and had to go. Carl was great, when I called insurance to come out, he always came out to talk with them and discuss what needed to be done, and evTheen after the job was set, more damage was found, and he contacted the insurance company for me and handled all the talking and meeting with the agent at the house. The basement is absolutely beautiful. The new floor, ceiling and walls are done to perfection. He even put a special additive to the cement floor before putting down the new floor to prevent mold formation. Also, he put special mold preventing insulation and dry wall in so that there would never be mold in the walls either. The paint job to the walls and the floor boards was done perfectly without one drop on the floor. The new ceiling was also done well. He had to take down all the old metal holding bars as the new ceiling tiles wouldn't fit the old ones and he did not want to have the old ones rust either (which they probably would have with the water damage). I have received many complements on the job he did with this job...people couldn't believe this was the same basement it was done over so well. Everything I wanted was done.
