It was a freaking disastrous. The sales guy is the owner of the company's son and what I told him after the first day of installation there were some cracked wood pieces in the floor and there is staples sticking up and these are pre-finished floors and they didn't put anything down to protect them and I had to have cut boards out, put new boards in because of the damage. They were just lip service and not responsive. I will never ever do business with that company again.

Everything went wonderfully.  The installers were very patient, friendly, and informative.  Ultimately, they did an exceptional job, and the floors look great.
