I am in the market for a new source of fuel, and I thought Thurston was going to be it, but I simply can't do business with a company which make me feel like a target. Calls to resolve this were entirely unsatisfactory. The person I spoke with expects me to go through all my old repair records in order to prove that his prices are accurate -- as if I need to make more work for myself! I don't need proof that his prices are 3 times higher than the other services I've used. Who in their right mind would spend $700 to repair a water heater? My advice to anyone needing HVAC services is to bypass Thurston Energy, Inc.
