Mike was professional and punctual. Got right to the problem and in 30 minutes both faucets were leak free. Did not make a mess. I would hire again with no reservations.

Mike was great. Very knowledgeable & professional. Came out right away to look at job, offered estimated and explanations of issues we are having. Returned on scheduled dates to complete work. Mike Butkus arrived on time as planned. He immediately went to work, had all the tools he needed ready. He carried the new toilet upstairs, removed the old one (and took it away when he had finished his work), worked quickly and cleanly.
He was pleasant to talk to, and with, provided information on concerns we had about water pressure, and volunteered a pleasant "senior discount"... he was even funny about it, as he was not sure it was OK for him to notice that we were "seniors"!!!

Excellent service. Mike arrived on time, assessed the problem and replaced the faucet quickly and cleanly although the pipe was situated through a crawl space. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Did not show up for first scheduled appointment. Rescheduled a week later. Arrived on time. Did the job in two hours. Had to cut sheetrock to gain access to plumbing. Cut a neat rectangle and replaced it when he was done. I believe he also snaked the trap as the tub drains much faster now. I've used Mike before and I would not consider calling anyone else.

I needed to re-route the plumbing that was feeding an outside water spigot. We have a whole house filtration system and I didn't want to waste money processing water that would be used for gardening. Mike cut the water line coming up from the well pump, put a T in and ran 30 feet of pex tubing into a couple of feet of copper tubing, through a sediment filter and into the copper line for the spigot. He also closed off the original water line that was going from the filtered water to the spigot. Looks good and solid.

Mike showed up on one day's notice at 7am when I had a problem with a new gas stove installation. Could not do the job then due to outside factors but rescheduled. Work done promptly and efficiently on the day he arrived. This is the guy you want to do your plumbing.

Mike came out for an estimate, he was punctual, polite and professional. Once Mike was given the go ahead, the job was completed on time and as per the estimate. The cost was fair and the work done exceeded my expectations. The routing of the new gas line is neat and tidy. Additionally Mike converted the gas dryer to propane utilizing a conversion kit. I purchased the kit on direction from Mike. The conversation from Natural Gas to propane was done after installing the new propane line which originated bye propane furnace the work was very clean and I suspect I will not have any issues with the workmanship of Mike.

My new washing machine was delivered on the 7th but the delivery people could not unscrew the hot water line from the valve unit. Lubricants did not work. I did not have a plumber. Thankfully I found Mike. Mike showed up promptly. He fixed the problem and installed a new valve after noticing the old corroded one was leaking. He does wonderful work, is extremely nice and very courteous. I now have a plumber who I will not hesitate to call in the future. I've already recommended him to a friend who needs plumbing work done.
