hardwood floor, woodworking
 + 0 moreI found Robert Spencer from an ad he had on Craigs list. He is licensed and insured. I didn't have a referral from anyone to go on. Robert's wife set up the appointment for him to estimate the work. Robert came with his helper right on time. They gave me an excellent estimate. He was honest. I wanted the kitchen sanded and polyed but there is paper on the wood from the laminate and he suggested not refinishing because the wood is pine and it would show all the imperfections. My hard wood floors look fantastic. The only other pine was in one of my hallways and that came out beautiful. He took 2 days and I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: I had 2 rooms, 2 hallways and a set of stairs sanded and polyed. In one of the hallways there was a grate that the previous owners had put a square piece of wood instead. He didn't charge for the wood only the labor to weave in the new wood.
