We requested that come out to the property so that we could walk and point out the parts we wanted done, as we wanted to have separate line items for different parts of the project. They did a drive by and completely misquoted. Once that was sorted out, we hired them do to the work. We requested that they don't start until after a specific date, since we were out of town, and did not want them on the property until we were back. They completely disregarded that and were on the property 5 days early. Further, they did not complete the spring clean up which was quite expensive to begin with, but since I knew it meant getting in the hedge rows and raking out the tree line, I was ok with it. Problem is they did not get behind the hedge row and tree line and when asked said that is no included in the spring clean up. We have additionally asked them to remove a pile of leaves and branches which the only removed about 90% of it. The are pretty much impossible to get a hold of no matter if you call or email, and the office staff is pretty rude to my wife when she call like they are being bothered. We have other work they still need to complete but can't get them to commit to a date or time they are going to complete it by. Honestly, I would never to business with them again, their prices seem way on the high side, and they customer service is absolute garbage.

Kclandscaping was my landscaping company of choice for slightly over 3 years. To start the service was “great” they appeared to be concerned about my lawn care needs and dedicated to customer service , but boy was I wrong. Need them in a pinch? Don’t bother ... Don’t try to call them because they will give you false service dates & never show. WHEN & IF they show they will rush your cut, and leave skid marks across your front lawn. Don’t even try to call them out on their horrible customer service because at the end of the day this is a money hungry company that takes on more than they can even chew & that doesn’t actually value a customers feedback & they will drop you abruptly when you raise ANY concerns. They want you to pay on time, although they themselves are never punctual for mowing days... If by chance you’re someone who wants a subpar cut with no actual set mowing days & ZERO STAR customer service (since you absolutely will not receive a call back from this business) then KClandscaping is the perfect fit for you .

I had to get rid of them. They did not do the work correctly. They were suppose to mow the lawn, but they mow the lawn every week, even though it did not need it. I am down to mud in places now. If my yard does not need to be mowed, common sense to not to mow it. I would not recommend them. I paid them $600.00 to dig an trench, and put an pipe in. They did not do the work, there was no pipe in the ground. Last year he billed me $2000.00, and I did not owe him, and I keep an record of everything. $600.00 for aeration. I have had problems with them every year. With how they mow my lawn, and I had to talk to them. Got another $2000.00 bill from them, and I sent an certification letter with my proof of what he did. The owner sent an letter saying: I do not owe you money, Let me be honest with you, I do not care about the money. I have been doing work for you for the past 3 years. I find me owing you money is very insulting. I have been very good to you, and would expect a little courtesy on your end. I have gone above and beyond, and am very professional, as your prior landscapers have not treated you fairly, or with respect, I have done the best service as possible. I wanted to go above and beyond for my clients. So, I would expect loyalty for you. I can't tell you how many appointments that I have made, where he did not show up, did not clean up right, and they were pulling flowers, saying they were weeds and poison ivy. They also were putting mulch on weeds, before actually pulling them. I feel sorry for their workers, and I did not want them here. I also owe him nothing. He did an horrible job, and never call when he is coming.

KC landscaping did an amazing job. My house in fall has tremendous amount of leaves. KC landscaping did amazing job. Highly professional and the price was fair.

They show up every week without fail and do a wonderful job. The one time that something was missed, I called the office and the issue was cleared up. They are quick, clean, and willing to make allowances for extenuating circumstances. For example: I hired them to care for my mother's lawn because she had a spinal fusion in the fall of 2012. She can't mow the lawn without suffering a great deal of pain. She also has issues moving things in her yard. I asked if they could move the furniture when they come so that a thorough job is done. Usually they do not do this but, because of my mother's situation, they were willing to make this exception.
They are very affordable ($40.00 per visit) and they have given me so much peace of mind.
I would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family living in Connecticut. They are wonderful.

They come out regularly, but not in the winter. There is nothing in particular that stands out about them. We had got an advertisement in the mail with their coupon and so we gave them a call. They come out about twice a month. I spend about $140 a month for their service. They meet your expectations. They are a lawn care company. Their price is reasonable. Their responsiveness is good.
