Would highly recommend!! Why did I wait?!?! Had an old dryer vent line in a hard to reach spot that kept failing. Needed fixed asap and they worked around my schedule. Clearly walked through all the options. Pricing very fair and easy to understand. New vent working and looks great.

They showed up when they said they would. Always a good start! Did a professional job. Cleaned up afterwards. Replaced dryer ventilation and now the dryer works beautifully. Happy customer!

Made an initial appt online for a Monday at 1 pm which was promptly confirmed. Received a call the day before saying they could come on Monday, but not until 2-4 pm depending on how their day was going. I told them this was fine but asked for a heads up if they would be arriving sooner than later. Without a phone call, text or email a tech was at my door, unannounced at 11:37 am. Luckily I was at home. The tech was lovely and completed the work within minutes. After the work was done, I asked if an invoice would be emailed to me and the tech said it was on it is way after a few key strokes on his tablet. I needed it for my HOA but the email did not come that day or the next or the next. I had to email them request and one arrived quickly thereafter. Overall, the service was fine, just wish the communication was better.

Damian Bullock was friendly. He inspected my vent run and addressed a couple of issues with the vent itself. He was informative, neat and courteous.

Friendly, knowledgeable, very competent. One of the owners, Damian, was excellent. He understood the problem immediately, he had all the correct tools, and he did a remarkably thorough job, He worked on cleaning the vent until he was satisfied that it was completely clean and functioning without any problems.
