A recent storm took down a huge oak tree in our yard. Dan and his crew arrived one day after we called and not only handled the daunting job with great care, thoroughness and professionalism but he also ran interference between us and our insurance adjuster who was giving us a difficult time in such a stressful situation. I would highly recommend Dan and his crew to anyone and everyone! Great job guys!

I called Connecticut Tree Service and within a an hour or two Dan returned my call right away. The property is a rental property and not our main residence but Dan was very willing to go check out the work that needed to be done without us being on site. While at the property Dan texted me photos of the trees and the work that needed to be completed. This saved us a tremedous amount of time thanks to Dan! Dan provided a very reasonable price for the work and the work was completed in a timely manner! On the day the work was to be completed Dan discovered a tree that was diseased and needed to be taken down. In all the times I was at the property I never realized the condition of the tree since it was in a location not readily visible and in plain view. However, Dan upon discovering the tree, immediately called me and sent photos of the tree to confirm it's poor condition. I was so appreciative that Dan not only discovered the tree but he was also able to remove it that day! All the work was completed at a very reasonable cost and the property was cleaned up perfectly! Dan was great to work with and his responsiveness and quality of work was excellent! I would recommend this contractor to anyone and would definitely use Dan and Connecticut Tree Service again!

Excellent work - Dan and his crew were willing to come a long distance out to my house and consult with me twice before doing the work. They worked easily with me on the date for service and when they arrived I was amazed at the extent of modern and efficient equipment (tall bucket truck, chipper, and log truck) and their expertise in the work. They were clearly attentitive to the aesthetics and health of the tree and went above-and-beyond to clean my gutters and treat the other damaged places on the tree (where branches had broken). I would highly recommend them.

After calling them a couple of times over a 2 month period after receiving their proposal they finally gave me a definite date to do the job. They never showed up and never called to explain or re-schedule. I had to find another contractor to do the job.

When Dan came to look over the job, he answered all my questions and gave me advice on my pear tree. I appreciated that! He returned my calls promptly and arrived when he said he would. On the morning of the job, he arrived with a bucket truck and a crew who made short work of it. Cut the tree limbs, cleaned up and completed the job by noon. Great job. Thanks!

I had a hire another company after they were there.  They wanted to charge me extra money to take away the rest of the tree they cut down.  The helpers were excellent.

The freak snowstom at the end of October damaged some limbs of a big tree overhanging the driveway of my mother's house.  Dan was in the neighborhood doing another job, saw the hazard, and called me to let me know.  I asked him to take care of it.  He went right up and cut off and chipped all the hazardous limbs while saving the tree.

Once again he did a great job, neat, quick, and careful.  I would recommend Dan for all your tree service needs.

I liked the amount of time it took them to come out and do the estimate and do the job. Their timeliness of service and price were very good. They were professional and I would absolutely use them again.

The large amount of work was performend in a single day by a small crew. The two very large maples had not been trimed in 20 years or so and had limbs touching the ground. The amound of trimming on the two larger trees was very large but the company did a very good job. The trees look very natural and are much healthier. This company was suggested by a friend of mine after he had a great experience as well. After seeing the work he did on some very large trees in my freinds back yard I didn't hesitate at all. My neighbors love the work they did as the smaller trees border their property. Have CT Tree give you some addresses of past customers work so you can drive by and see for yourself.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF I EVER NEED SOMETHING LIKE THIS DONE. I WAS PLEASED WITH HOW THEY CLEANED UP NICELY AFTER THEY FINISHED THE WORK.

THEY MADE SURE TO SURVEY THE AREA AND DECIDE ON THE BEST WAY TO GET THE TREE DOWN. IT WAS REASSURING TO KNOW THEY WEREN'T JUST GOING TO TAKE A CHAINSAW TO IT AND HOPE FOR THE BEST.
