Under new manager. Michelle no longer goes out to clean. Multiple pieces of furniture not dusted or half dusted. Told them specifically no water on hardwood floors, they forgot until I gave them the cleaner to use. Slip covers not straitened. Throws not folded. Minimal cleaning at best. Texted owner next day to say I was not happy and he texted back sorry, wish you all the best. So the 48 hour guarantee mentioned in a response to another bad review is not true. Laundry room not touched. The list is long. Sorry I had them in my house. Not worth a penny.

"Owner was home while we cleaned and things pointed out in review were not conveyed to us at the time of estimate nor at the time of cleaning or we would've done them. I had the owner walk around with us before we left and we did the few things she asked. The text she is referencing was her text letting us know that she was no longer using our services. I replied back that I was sorry we couldn't meet her expectations and wished her all the best. We do guarantee our work for 48 hours, she didn't ask us to come back to fix anything. Again I'm sorry we couldn't make it right, we would have had we been given the chance."

They did a wonderful job on my white kitchen floor. White grout with multiple dogs doesn't stay white very long! The floor looks brand new. I couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend clean suites to anyone.

I would NOT recommend this company- the cleaning was mediocre at best, and the owner is very difficult to deal with. Highly unprofessional, and made many excuses for her lack of cleaning. Extremely rude and unprofessional in her responses. Highly disappointed overall.

Not only did Clean Suites do a thoroughly cleaning job, but they also pointed out issues discovered during the cleaning process and made appropriate recommendations on how to fix them. A real value add to us. Hard working, polite, ready to answer questions, and very sensitive to valuable items which needed cleaning.
