About us
As a trained professional personal coach I work with a wide range of clients and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. In a completely confidential and supportive atmosphere, I help clients attain the personal growth and transformation they desire. I provide my clients with support and guidance in order to create positive change. I also work with my clients to help them overcome the challenges that stand in the way of their achieving their goals. Whether you want coaching help to achieve a specific outcome or wish to enhance all areas of your life, I can help you attain your goals through positive psychology and appreciative inquiry. My credentials and formal training include a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and current enrollment in graduate studies in Evidence Based Coaching (conferring July 2016), as well as certification in mediation and conflict resolution. My Phd studies in Organizational Development and Change (concentration in evidence based coaching) begin in Fall 2016. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the American Psychological Association (APA).

We've had about 6 sessions. As an overstretched entrepreneur also dealing with personal issues, my chief goal in working with Lisa has been to improve my productivity, but practically this has meant sorting through a number of problems blocking my progress and soaking up my attention. Lisa is an attentive, thoughtful, empathetic, non-judgmental listener, an excellent sounding board who is very good at staying focused on the larger goals when I get stuck in the details. Her solid grasp of the demands of entrepreneurship means she gets it when I talk about business challenges, and she's equally good in talking through life issues.
I've worked with psychotherapists before and rarely found them useful, but Lisa's coaching has helped me make concrete improvements in my self-management while helping me build a better understanding of my personal goals and road map.
