get the circuit breaker reset. I called SE electric on a Saturday
morning. Corey was on the area and stopped by a half hour later to
check out the problem. He helped me reset the breaker and power was
restored to the circuit. We plugged in the appliance and it's working.
He refused to take anything for the quick house call! I will
definitely contact them for future electrical issues. Very brief
encounter with them, but they seem to be very customer-focused.
My husband asked them if they could install lights we had purchased for our bathrooms to replace the fluorescent bulbs, which they did. And they also fixed my doorbell! They took the old fluorescent fixtures with them and left the house neat and clean.
We were very impressed with the professionalism and service Southeast Electric provided. We have their card on our refrigerator to call for the next electrical dilemma!
He was really pleasant guy and he worked astoundingly fast. I will recommend Southeast to anyone. I will go out of my way to ask people if they need any electrical work done so that I can recommend them.
Just about one of the best experiences I have ever had with a tradesman.
