Mike is the best service provider on my homeowner's list. Prompt, fast, knowledgeable, reasonable price, easy to work with, cleans up after himself. This is the most recent of several small jobs I've had him do and been fully satisfied with the results. One, the installation of a four-way switch arrangement (one set of lights turned on or off by any of three wall switches), I thought might be impossible. Mike got it done.

Arrived on time. Courteous, pleasant. Initial problem for visit no longer existed. Was prepared to leave with no charge, but I asked repairman to check outlet that was not working since he'd come out to the house already. Fixed the loose wire without difficulty in a matter of a few minutes. That was it.

Mike is great and came highly recommended from a number of people. Very personable and easy to work with. Kept me in the loop throughout the job, making sure I was ok with the work he was doing. Definitely would recommend him.

They gave an exact estimate of the time required. Showed up a few days later and did the job in the time estimated. High quality work.

The circuit breaker for our 220 V stove circuit tripped and I couldn't
get the circuit breaker reset. I called SE electric on a Saturday
morning. Corey was on the area and stopped by a half hour later to
check out the problem. He helped me reset the breaker and power was
restored to the circuit. We plugged in the appliance and it's working.
He refused to take anything for the quick house call! I will
definitely contact them for future electrical issues. Very brief
encounter with them, but they seem to be very customer-focused.

All our plugs in the basement went out, leaving our basement refrigerator without power. We ran an extension cord to it but I didn't feel comfortable with the setup. I called Southeast Electric this morning and Cory answered. When I explained our dilemma, he told me that Kyle would be out sometime today. Both Cory and Kyle arrived in the afternoon and quickly fixed the problem with the plugs, allowing our refrigerator to run again.
My husband asked them if they could install lights we had purchased for our bathrooms to replace the fluorescent bulbs, which they did. And they also fixed my doorbell! They took the old fluorescent fixtures with them and left the house neat and clean.
We were very impressed with the professionalism and service Southeast Electric provided. We have their card on our refrigerator to call for the next electrical dilemma!

THIS WAS A TRULY GREAT EXPERIENCE. It followed three weeks of waiting for someone who had been recommended to me who failed to show up three times. The first two times he had excuses, the third time he didn't even call. On the recommendation of the guy who was waiting for the electirician to come so he could fix the hole in the ceiling, I called Southeast. I explained my situation showing no small measure of frustration. Plus I was desparate. Corey said he would be able to come around theat afternoon and assess what had to be done. I had an extremely long list of emergencies and dreams. He explained how much time he would have in the next couple of days and what he would be able to do. He was able to take care of all my top priorities by 10 am the next morning, arriving at 7:30 before going on to his next job of this 90 degree day. He also gave me lots of advice about what could and couldn't be done cost effectively - anything can be done, he said, but sometimes the time required does not justify the job. He said he would be able to address my less pressing needs in the next couple of weeks, which was fine with me.

He was really pleasant guy and he worked astoundingly fast. I will recommend Southeast to anyone. I will go out of my way to ask people if they need any electrical work done so that I can recommend them.

Just about one of the best experiences I have ever had with a tradesman.

My first encounter with them was because of a power surge our neighborhood experienced. They were at our neighbor's house fixing blown GFI's and other issues because of the surge. I walked over and asked if they could fix the same problem's we were having with our house. They came over right away and fixed everything at a good price. I then used them again to run power and lights to a pool shed. After giving me an estimate they came over the next week and finished the job in one day. They were always prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
