Working with Greg Broadbent to sell my condo was a very positive experience. He provided a significant amount of much needed advice, guidance, and motivation along the way. It was always easy to get in contact with him when I needed, and both he and his assistant did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of the sale through the entire process. I was impressed with the pictures he took for the listing, as they really highlighted the best features of the condo. I was also impressed by the level of knowledge Greg has about the market in the area. I'm happy, and honestly relieved, that my condo sold as quickly as it did, and I'm confident it only sold that quickly due to Greg's expertise and effort.
