This is why we think Dave's Affordable Hardwood Floors is AWESOME:
1. Dave and Jonathan came to estimate our job on time and soon after our request.
2. They gave us their price IN WRITING and on the spot, whereas the 2 other contractors we had bid the job BS'd for over a week. One eventually bid an approximate number over the phone, and the other didn't even bid.
3. They showed COMPLETE CONFIDENCE in tackling our floor which was in horrible condition. Our kitchen was covered in tar paper, but that didn't scare them.
4. They set a start date and gave us a clear end date (5 day process), and they were not wishy washy at all about how long it would take. They showed up 10 minutes early.
5. They have stuck to the schedule perfectly, they applied the last coat of poly today and it looks incredible.
6. The house isn't nearly as dusty as I expected, they are very neat!
7. They took a 1940's original maple floor and made it look perfectly refinished with all the rustic charm that we wanted! We're super impressed with Dave and Jonathan's work and will recommend them to all our friends. You can trust them with your house and to take care of the job perfectly from start to finish, no BS!
