 + -1 moreOur differences on "acceptable quality" ended up with us with holding the final progress payment, the building putting a lein on my home, and then both of us having to go to CT Small Claims court with the bottom line being a negotiated settlement.
Description of Work: Installed a 25' x 25' deck with one set stairs using multiple piers, pressure treated support structure and TimberTech decking in a diamond pattern (rail system was done by different contractor). Also cut a 6' x 8' portion of old concrete deck out for re-use and extended blacktop on driveway 20' x 16'.
