They were right on time and called the day before to confirm the appt. the work was done quickly on the sink. They suggested that the mixing valve was not necessary saving me hundred end of dollars? By simply changing the temp controls the water temp was changed.

I used Bugbee once before to replace a toilet. They told me which toilet to buy (I did not want to pay for a name brand but wanted a quality toilet) given the flow issues with my plumbing and they installed it promptly with no mess. I called them again when I needed to obtain and install a gas stove on an emergency basis right before Thanksgiving. They came out to disconnect the old stove and right back the next day to connect the new one. They also installed my garbage disposal at the same time. The guys are clean, neat and never messy.
My neighbor used them to run the plumbing in her new addition and another neighbor used them also. We are all very satisfied.

They replaced the garbage disposal unit and fixed the toilet.
They were fast, knowledgeable, and charged only 1/2 of a competitor's estimate.
Would use them again.

Awesome. They got back to me initially within one day to schedule something. When they came over, they did the job, were quick and neat.

I had called another plumbing company in the past for any problems. It took them about 3 days for them to get in touch with me. The other day, I called them again for help this time. Several hours went by before they could contact me so I called Angie's List. I chose Band H as they were closest to me. I was told the owner would call me shortly. Within 5 minutes, the owner called me and set up the appointment and showed up in 10 minutes. The owner was able to diagnose the problem as a leaking water heater. He immediately got on the phone and asked his supplier if he had a water tank available. The supplier said that he would be able to have the new tank to my home within an hour. While waiting for the new tank, Band H unhooked the other tank and the supplier showed up within the hour he promised. They then installed the new tank and swept up the water. So I had my call answered and a new water heater installed within 3 hours. The gentleman were very polite and courteous. They made sure I understood how to maintain my new tank. Overall, they left with a very happy customer.

Very well. They returned my call immediately; (it was not an emergency) they were on my doorstep within 2 business days and that was because my phone was put of order.They came in, sized up the problem and the fix. Then they did the repair and installed a new toilet.

They have done other things before for me. They are very nice. I trust them enough to leave them alone in my home. They have been very professional and they got the job done. They are there if I need them in an emergency. They are just reliable and they do a decent job. They are expensive, but I don't mind paying for good work.
