I hired Ace Overhead Door last year for a spring replacement, and because of how well it went it was an easy decision to hire them again recently to replace the entire garage door. Tom and his employees are extremely professional and efficient. During the quote process Tom was straight forward with me and all my questions and never tried to up-sell me. He could've easily taken advantage of me asking about a better insulated door but laid it on me straight and found me the best fit for garage needs. I strongly urge anyone in the area in need of any garage repair to hire them. As an added bonus they did provide a 10% Veteran Discount which I greatly appreciated.

Employee came and performed repairs in an efficient manner. Price was less than expected. I am going to need my Garage Door replaced later and I am 100% sure I will hire them to perform that work also.

Tom assessed the situation and we discussed the least expensive route to go, that is, by reutilizing parts and just doing what absolutely was necessary. He certainly is not one to tell the customer what would be "nice" to replace. Rather, I knew the hardware on the doors was over 20 y old and I had seen some fraying of the cables so I opted to replace all the items indicated above, The work was completed faster that I anticipated. Very well. Even though the owner was on vacation, he called to let us know it would be the following week before we would see someone. They actually came on a Sunday to make the service call. I had a call ahead to go over what needed to be done and that clarified our options. The service tech was efficient and cleaned up well before he left. We were very pleased.

Excellent, Tom provided excellent information and reviewed several options I had for replacing my old garage door. After reviewing the quote i decided to go ahead with the installation. The crew showed up right when they said they would, were very professional and the end result was perfect. The old door and all associated pieces were removed and hauled away, and the new door, track, and opener installed both look and operate excellently.

We got 3 quotes for 2 new garage doors and motors. We chose Tom (owner/installer) based on his professionalism, product knowledge, and price. We knew the features we wanted and he determined the brands and models that would best meet our needs. The doors were ordered and he communicated with us on the status. The removal and installation went smoothly due to his skill level. We are very pleased with the final product and experience, and would strongly recommend him for garage door purchases.

Tom's price for the fix was better than reasonable, He is exactly the kind of repairman you want to come to your house. He was friendly and extremely professional. He clearly knows his stuff and easily resolved an issue without attempting to gauge me with extra charges.

I called Tom at Ace Overhead Doors on Monday, 11/28/16 to get more information after doing a search and finding his website. I explained my issue as I wasn't sure at the time if I needed repair or replacement. He was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained in detail what the options would be if I asked him to come out and take a look. He also gave me the exact price I would pay, depending on which model door opener I chose. I felt comfortable enough on this phone call to ask to set up an appointment to come out and take a look. He was able to schedule us for the very next day. We were very happy about that! I had to call him back the same day as the call, to give him the height of the garage door, as he was going to bring with him the necessary parts to do the job on the day of the inspection. I asked to be texted before he got here for the 3pm appt on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I received a text from him, as promised, about 20 minutes before he arrived, on time, at 3pm. (despite horrible weather) Tom took a look at my old garage opener (I knew it had to be replaced as there were broken parts that could not be repaired) He got to work immediately. I hung around for a while, on and off, asking a few questions while he was working and he answered every one in a friendly, informative manner. He finished the job fairly quickly, I thought, cleaned up the area, gave me a couple of additional suggestions for options if I chose (I didn't at the time) and presented me with a bill, which I paid by check. He does say he takes credit cards, but cash or check preferred. I was OK with that. Wrapping this up, I would say I made a great choice, everything is working perfectly, the price, I believe was fair, and I would definitely recommend Tom's service for anything related to garage doors, for repairs or replacement. Tom seems like a great guy, and most importantly to me, an honest one.

I called Tom based on other reviews and I was beyond pleased!! I thought I was going to have to replace my door openers and possibly the doors but Tom got the problem opener fixed and showed me how I could rehab the current doors. What could have cost me thousands cost less than $100. When I am ready to replace my openers I will be calling Tom and I'll mention him to all my friends

Originally needed bar replaced that connects to garage door and motor. After reviewing our motor Tom suggested we consider replacement of motor as it was 10 plus years old and could not guarantee how long it would last. New motor is much quieter and efficient then the old model. Tom arrived and completed the work as stated. He was very efficient and never complained about our messy garage. I would recommend to anyone needing repairs or replacement to their garage door equipment.

Tom Ljubicic is the owner and installer. He knows the products and the install was quick, clean and proficient. If you hire Ace Overhead, you can rest assured the installer is a pro.
I was renovating my garage and needed to coordinate the door install around my renovation. Tom was more than willing to be flexible and work with me in that regard. My wife and I were also indecisive about the window trim and Tom said it was no problem if we decided to change the trim after the install was completed. 
Mr. Ljubicic also made it clear that his service didn't end after the installation. He said not to hesitate to call with any questions or problems, and said if anything were to go wrong as it pertained to his work, even after the warranty, he would take care of it. I like Tom and I like my new garage door.
