We used to use another company Kaiser-Battisone who these guys bought out. The old company was great but when these guys came out the guy pumping the tank wasn't paying attention and then his hose came lose and started pumping raw sewage all over my lawn and driveway. I was videotaping it from my house window. He fixed the issue but then proceeded to take my garden hose and rinse off his hoses in my driveway but then did nothing about the raw sewage all over my lawn and driveway. He just left!! I called the company and they denied it happened until I showed them the video and photos of my lawn and threatened to mail some of it to them. Finally they removed the charge for the pumping but still never came out to clean up after themselves. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!! They are a disgrace and a rip-off!!

They did a good jobs and were pretty quick and clean.

This was a horrible experience. It appears that this company has bought out some of the local guys in the septic business, one of which we used to work with. Unfortunately they are only concerned with getting money and don't even have the capacity to fix the problem! To begin with the women (more than one..) who answer the phone are rude and condescending. That should have been a red flag but since we were concerned with our septic system we went against our best judgment. Secondly they sent a technician to our house that ONLY knows how to remove the water from the tank!! They also did not disclose this to us on the phone and actually assured us that two men were coming out. One who would pump the septic and another who would be able to give us an estimate on a repair. We ended up paying almost $500 to have our tank pumped! They left and we did not have a working septic system. I then had to call them to find out when this other technician of theirs was coming to give us an estimate. They then claimed that they do not know how to fix the septic tank and would have another company call us. Shortly there after we received a call from some man who said that he would come out to fix our tank only if we guaranteed that we would pay him and he actually started throwing out numbers like $3,000! It was so absurd so naturally I went on Angies List and found another local septic company. They came to our home free of charge and actually discovered that it was a simple switch that turned itself off! So we paid $500 for a service we did not need as we only pump our septic tank every 2 years! Meanwhile this local gentleman did not even charge us to give us an estimate and he was able to solve the problem in 2 seconds, which clearly Wind and River cannot do for their customers!! Beware of this company! There are other honest septic companies out there that don't charge for estimates and don't try to rip you off just to get $$$!

It went great. The man was on time, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will be calling back again for annual service.

Had afternoon appointment. Service technician called to say if it was OK to come early. Arrived and went about pumping the tank. Finished. Tendered invoice which I paid.

BILL ROY CAME, AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER US IN THE HOUSE. THEY PERFORMED THE SERVICE, AND LEFT THE BILL IN OUR MAILBOX. THEY CALLED US AFTER THE SERVICE, AND ASKED HOW THEY DID. THEY WERE EXCELLENT.
