We hired Tom and his crew to finish our basement. Not an easy project and I don't have a lot of experience with what goes into major projects, but Tom was great. Explained what needed to be done, what was possible or why some things weren't. Very fair on price and didn't gouge us when issues surfaced along the way. I highly recommend Tom, Frank, and Pat, especially in New Canaan where most people try to overcharge for mediocre work. Already talking to Tom about potential other projects...

He called before, during and after and also suggested and implemented cheaper ways to go. The door required building out walls and constructing a door frame. Did the whole job in two days.

Tom from TLC was incredible!! I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Tom and his team ( Franklin and William) were great to work with, they stayed on schedule(arrived on time everyday and stayed till the work was completed each day) and got the job completed on time... even with the additional projects we requested. I could not be happier with the quality of the workmanship! Our house was built in 1915 so there isn't a straight wall or doorway anywhere and they had the skills to get the job done and the outcome is amazing. We love our new kitchen!! On time for both the estimate and the installation. Only one problem-ordered the wrong window. We were very explicit about the window. I recommend that he take notes. Fortunately, he was able to replace the window within an hour. Final job, installation was excellent. We were very pleased.
