We had 8 quotes for our roof before we chose smart care exteriors. Ultimately they came highly recommended by locals. They were quick to give us a quote and helped answer the many questions we had. Bruno gave us many different options for the different repairs we needed to have done. He was patient with all my requests and went above and beyond for our satisfaction. The other owner, Terry also stopped by just to introduce himself. After having a not so great experience with a different contractor on a different project Smart Care Exteriors was a breath of fresh air to work with.

They performed some necessary repairs including replacing several downspouts and re-pitching some of the gutters. The person who did the work was very professional and pointed out some issues that he observed while on the roof. Arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly. Not the least expensive, but glad I hired them, they were worth what I paid.
